Stunning crystal-clear waters by the property.
My stay was extremely disappointing. The service was appalling, and the staff seemed completely uncoordinated and untrained. On top of that, the food was bland and we felt forced to leave the hotel for meals. This made our stay frustrating and far from relaxing.

quiet and clean lagoon area, interesting temple architecture, beautiful landscaping
Housekeeping needs serious attention—stained sheets and missed cleanings!!! Lack of storage in the room hampers organization, and a more thoughtful layout would enhance comfort!!!

We spent four nights here and absolutely loved our morning yoga by the serene lagoon and the delicious tea and cookies delivered to our room each day. The spa lounge offered some fantastic relaxation options, including foot and back massages, which were a perfect way to unwind. Just a heads up, some of the paddle boards were a bit worn out, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience! 😊

I recently spent four nights in a Superior King Room at Akalki Hotel. The crystal-clear waters and beautiful grounds exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed morning yoga sessions by the lagoon, which were calming and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Paddle boarding was a blast, and the views were magical, especially at sunrise. However, the room lacked storage space, with minimal shelves and hangers. The breakfast options were confusing. I expected more variety but ended up with just fruits and bread for the first days. While the location is stunning, I encountered a couple of odd noises from the ceiling at night, which was unsettling. Additionally, some areas had a sewage smell, especially after rain. Overall, Akalki has incredible potential with its serene environment but needs to address these maintenance and service issues.
